➡️ The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam to recruit candidates for various posts in the government of India. The exam is conducted every year to fill vacancies in the various departments, ministries, and organizations of the government.
🔴 Eligibility for SSC CHSL 🔴
▶️ Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
▶️ Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 27 years old as on the date of the exam.

🔴 Selection process for SSC CHSL 🔴
➡️ The selection process for SSC CHSL consists of the following stages:
▶️ Computer-based test (CBT) : The CBT is the first stage of the selection process and consists of objective-type multiple choice questions. The exam tests candidates’ knowledge in subjects such as General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
▶️ Descriptive test : Candidates who qualify the CBT are eligible to appear for the descriptive test. The test is a pen-and-paper based examination and consists of writing an essay and a letter in English or any other language included in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution.
▶️ Typing test : Candidates who qualify the descriptive test are required to appear for the typing test. The test is conducted to assess the typing speed and accuracy of the candidates.
▶️ Document verification : Candidates who qualify the typing test are required to undergo document verification. Candidates are required to produce original documents for verification during this stage.

▶️ General Intelligence : The General Intelligence section tests the candidates’ reasoning and problem-solving abilities. There are 25 questions in this section.
▶️ English Language : The English Language section tests the candidates’ language skills. There are 25 questions in this section.
▶️ Quantitative Aptitude : The Quantitative Aptitude section tests the candidates’ mathematical skills. There are 25 questions in this section.
▶️ General Awareness : The General Awareness section tests the candidates’ knowledge of current affairs and general knowledge. There are 25 questions in this section.
